Snowball 雪球

Snowball,中文譯做「雪球」,顧名思義就是杯充滿耶誕氣氛的調酒,不管是長相還是味道都很聖誕——調酒上層漂浮著一層如積雪般的綿密泡沫;嚐起來的風味更是讓人聯想佳節聚餐桌上的甜點。這種調酒在亞洲較為少見、在英國特別流行。

Snowball當中的重要材料是「Advocaat」,就是「蛋酒」。這種酒類通常是以雞蛋加上白蘭地調製而成,味道嚐起來就像液體布丁,嗜甜的螞蟻人會很愛,也是為什麼這杯酒會這麼像甜點的原因。今年冬天就調上一杯,感受一下佳節氣氛吧!

*附註:本篇的Snowball加入蘇打汽水,氣泡感讓它的口感猶如冰淇淋汽水,也可以降低蛋酒的「膩」感。另一種熱門做法是蛋酒+萊姆汁+檸檬汽水(Lemonade),大家也可以試試看喔!

1. 將冰塊裝入 Highball 杯,用吧叉匙攪拌冰鎮杯子

2. 加入 60ml Bellabomba 蛋酒

3. 加入30ml 檸檬汁
