說到日本最常見的酒類飲品,除了啤酒之外大概就是Highball了。簡單的威士忌加蘇打水、兩步驟就能完成,是在日本居酒屋一定喝得到的清涼滋味。

日本飲酒文化中,本來就有所謂「兌水」的喝法。威士忌加上碳酸蘇打水後,不但能降低威士忌原本的濃度使其更容易入口,氣泡感更有助於提引香氣,最適合炎炎夏日大口暢飲,解膩又暢快。

事前準備
調酒材料
  • 45ml 威士忌
  • 蘇打汽水 一鑵
調酒器具
  • 吧叉匙
  • Jigger
  • Highball 杯
  • 冰塊
調酒步驟

1. 將冰塊裝入 Highball 杯,用吧叉匙攪拌冰鎮杯子

2. 加入 45ml 威士忌

3. 用吧叉匙稍加攪拌

4. 將蘇打汽水加至滿杯
