威士忌調酒-whiskey-sour-威士忌酸酒

Whiskey Sour,又稱為「威士忌酸酒」,可說是酸酒系列最為人熟知的酒譜。所謂的酸酒,就是基酒加上口味酸甜(像是檸檬汁、各類果汁、糖漿、利口酒等)的材料所調製而成,像是 Daiquiri、Margarita 都屬於酸酒家族。

最經典的 Whiskey Sour 除了威士忌和檸檬汁外,還會加入少許蛋白,增加整杯酒的口感,這個步驟現在可以依照酒客的喜好自己選擇。如果想試試加蛋白的 Whiskey Sour,記得先採用「Dry Shake」的做法,就是先不加冰塊就搖盪混合材料,第二次再加入冰塊冰鎮酒液,這樣調酒才會口感滑順喔。

  • 20ml 鮮榨檸檬汁

1. 在雪克杯加入 45ml 波本威士忌

2. 加入 15ml 糖漿

3. 加入 20ml 鮮榨檸檬汁
