Bourbon Strawberry Iced Tea，又稱「波本草莓冰茶」，是一款簡單又消暑的調酒，適合夏日派對時和朋友大口飲用。酒如其名，這款調酒的主要材料就是波本威士忌、草莓、和無糖紅茶，將三者搭配，佐以檸檬汁和糖漿調整甜度，簡單、清涼、又酸甜，非常適合朋友聚餐時調上一大壺來暢飲。
當然，我們也可以微調酒譜來做出更多好喝的冰茶調酒，像是將威士忌改成蘭姆酒的「後院冰茶」、或是把草莓替換為其他酸度更高的莓果（像是蔓越莓等）；當然，懶人們也可以直接買超商預調的各種水果茶，加上醇厚的波本威士忌，就是一杯好酒。
