B-52是款吸睛受歡迎的調酒，只需要三種酒就能調成：干邑橙酒、貝禮詩香甜奶酒、和咖啡利口酒。B-52的由來尚待解答，不過其實它跟 1950 年代的 B-52 轟炸機沒什麼關係，而是取名自 1970 年代的 The B-52s 樂團，據說研發這款調酒的酒保就是 The B-52s 狂粉！
B-52 層次分明，用吧叉匙依序倒入底層濃厚咖啡利口酒、中層溫順奶酒，再到表層的清爽橙酒。B-52 也逐年演變出許多版本，用茴香酒珊布卡（Sambuca）取代奶酒就生出 B-53，橙酒換成杏仁甜酒阿瑪雷托（Amaretto）就迸出B-54。如果在表層疊上一層烈酒，點燃變成「浴火 B-52」。
