Cassis Orange,譯為「黑醋栗香橙」,顧名思義就是由這兩種材料調和而成。Cassis 是黑醋栗香甜酒,保留了新鮮莓果香氣與酸甜、風味濃醇馥郁,呈現深紫色。加上柳橙汁的 Cassis Orange 因此有了吸睛的漸層——從鮮橙的黃色過渡到黑醋栗的紫,就像落日十分美麗的晚霞。

Cassis 在日本是非常受歡迎的調酒材料,今天介紹的 Cassis Orange 是其中人氣最高的酒譜。另外常見的調法還有加上烏龍茶、葡萄柚、或蘇打汽水。
